Registration for our Special Needs athletes must be completed via the New Player Registration form on our website.
The form is available
here and should be completed then scanned / emailed to
[email protected] or delivered to 367 Betty Dr. in Windsor.
Cost is $375 per player open to players aged 12 and up.
