JARED BROTHERS: U16 COACH 2025-26
Coach Jared is a former Riverside Ranger player spending his entire minor hockey career as a Rangers. His philosophy of coaching is based on his playing career as well as his most recent military service and his current role as a professional firefighter. This solid foundation instills teamwork, integrity, and discipline. Coach Jared will build a team that embraces those characteristics.
The coaching staff he has assembled has all the same passions and traits and will work together to encourage the team in an enjoyable and very professional manner. Jared's focus will be to have a new outlook on a new season with strong system based hockey.
The goal of the new U16 team will be to dive deeper into the player's untapped potential and create a winning culture. The coaching staff will do this by encouraging teamwork and adopting a deep disdain for losing. As Coach Jared says "the passion I have for Riverside hockey will be passed down to the players. Passion and love of the game will carry us to exponentially improve. I plan on being a coach of a team that nobody wants to play because we will be relentless in our pursuit of success". Coach Jared promises that the 2025-26 Rangers U16 team will surprise the Bluewater League.
