JOSH AMYOTTE: 2025-26 U15 COACH

Josh will continue his coaching career with Riverside moving to the 2011 group. Josh played his minor hockey career in Essex and played Junior hockey with the 73’s. His goal with his players is to build skilled, smart, and resilient players who love the game. Coach Josh and his staff pride themselves on treating each of their players with respect. He and his staff know that developing hockey players requires patience, and he and his group are committed to ensuring that all players feel valued and will continue to grow their talent.

Coach Josh credits many of his former coaches for helping to guide him along the way while he was a player and now as a coach himself. Coaches such as Jamie McDermott, John Jubinville, Tim King and Drae Prentice all had an incredible impact on his life, and he wants to have the same impact on the players he coaches.

Coach Josh began his coaching career with Belle River before joining the Ranger family. His passion is to build skilled, smart, and resilient players through competitive practices and team structure.

Coach Josh says" Watching from afar I have seen the potential for this new group of U15 players. I believe myself and my staff have a clear plan to improve both the individual players and the team structure as well". He and his staff hold the same values; they will work together as a group and demonstrate to his player how working together benefits the team.
