TONY KONSTANTINO: U8SL COACH 2025-26
Tony Konstantino is a former Riverside Ranger, having played his entire minor hockey career in RMHA before moving onto playing for the Essex 73s and Belle River Canadians for five years. During and after this playing career Tony continued his education at the University of Windsor.
Over the past four years Coach Tony has really enjoyed coaching the RMHA “Young” house leaguers including being an assistant on the U8 (2016’s, 2017’s) and U9 MD (2016’s) teams. This enjoyment has brought back the passion he had as a player and during his time as an Assistant Coach in Windsor AAA system.
Tony is extremely excited to be able to lead the 2025-2026 RMHA U8 team as the Head Coach and has a support staff planned to ensure that the player to coach ratio remains low to optimize the learning development during practices and games.
The philosophy will be an energetic team first approach focusing on the primary skill development of skating, shooting and passing techniques. Utilizing his playing, coaching, and real world experiences Tony and his staff will focus on having the kids play the game the “right way” all while developing their hockey IQ.
We look forward to seeing our youngest Rangers out next year as we continue to build on the development of this U8 program and its players
