Proof of Vax changes coming
Please note the following changes regarding proof-of-vax which take effect Jan 4th, 2022 (reminder that current proof of vax protocols at all Essex County facilities are still in effect). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper credentials.
Saturday, January 4, 2022: Proof of vaccination only by QR Code digital or printed copy with QR code will be accepted
Friday, January 10, 2022: Physician notes will no longer be accepted – new enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate will be provided for those with eligible exemptions
