ATTENTION All Team Trainers
Message from RMHA Head Trainer Bob Sobocan:
This is a reminder that all the confidential medical forms for RMHA players, should be returned and retained with their respective team trainers. These forms are important in case of an unfortunate injury at the arena while the player is participating in a RMHA function. It allows for quick medical response without causing further injury to an injured player. This form, also allows the trainer to contact a players guardian if they are not present at the team activity. These forms should be held at all games and practices stored in confidentiality in the teams medical kit.
The code of conduct forms and harassment forms should also be collected at this time.
