OMHA Risk Management
Submitted By AMS on Monday, April 28, 2014
In accordance with the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) policy on risk management, RMHA will abide by the MANDATORY guidelines that all on-ice Coaches must submit to a Police Record Check (PRC).

Previously submitted PRC's will remain on file with us for 4yrs with returning coaches being required to submit a new Declaration each season up to year 4.

RMHA does not reimburse for the cost of the PRC. The fee is $20 for "volunteer" status.

If it is your intention to coach in the 2014-15 season and you have not submitted a Police clearance please initiate the process now as it could take up to 8weeks to complete.

For additional information please contact RMHA Exec VP Mark McLean

The forms for PRC and Declaration can be found in the OMHA Documents Library.
