In accordance with the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) policy on risk management, RMHA will abide by the MANDATORY guidelines that all on-ice Coaches must submit to a Police Record Check (PRC).
Previously submitted PRC's will remain on file with us for 4yrs with returning coaches being required to submit a new Declaration each season up to year 4.
RMHA does not reimburse for the cost of the PRC. The fee is $20 for "volunteer" status.
If it is your intention to coach in the 2014-15 season and you have not submitted a Police clearance please initiate the process now as it could take up to 8weeks to complete.
