article regarding young on-ice officials. Please take a moment to read. While this is not yet something the OMHA is implementing, the subject matter is relevant to our behaviours toward young officials who are learning the game.
Young officials need to be given the time to grow and build their confidence. Without on-ice officials we have no games.
